IntelAgree’s Smart Forms provide a streamlined, guided intake experience, letting users submit requests, trigger reviews, or begin new agreements through structured, context-aware questions tailored to each agreement type. Inline validation ensures requestors provide complete, accurate information from the start.

Requests can also be initiated directly from third-party systems such as Salesforce. When a Smart Form is launched in Salesforce, users complete it end-to-end without leaving their CRM — so teams begin contracting from the applications they already rely on.

After submission, requestors track status within IntelAgree or in the integrated system where the request originated. Administrators control each Smart Form’s fields, logic, and conditional rules, and real-time validation reduces rework by flagging missing information before submission. When a request involves multiple related agreements, IntelAgree preserves those relationships throughout intake.
