IntelAgree Subcontractors
This page lists the subcontractors that IntelAgree may engage to help deliver its services. We keep it current so customers always know who supports the IntelAgree platform and the services they receive.
What is a subcontractor?
A subcontractor is a third party IntelAgree engages to perform part of the services under a Statement of Work (SOW). Each is bound by terms consistent with the obligations in your agreement.
Where a subcontractor processes personal data on IntelAgree's behalf, it acts as a subprocessor under our Data Processing Addendum.
Contractual Notice
IntelAgree Subcontractors – Subject to the terms of any Statement(s) of Work (“SOW(s)”) between an IntelAgree Customer and IntelAgree, Customer consents to IntelAgree’s use of one or more of the following Subcontractors. Such Subcontractors will be considered approved by Customer per the “Subcontractors” clause in the applicable SOW(s) between IntelAgree and Customer.

How we notify you of changes
When IntelAgree adds or replaces a subcontractor, we update this page and notify customers as described in the applicable SOW or Data Processing Addendum. Customers may object to a new subcontractor as described in their agreement.
