Responsible for sales, corporate development, fundraising, and investor relations. Before IntelAgree, David spent 17 years at Veredus as a founder and COO, and cofounded HireAlliance and eStaff365. Previously an Artillery Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Chief Operating Officer
Katrina Itle
Responsible for finance, accounting, payroll, administration, and human resources. Spent 12 years at Veredus, ending as CFO. CPA with bachelor's degrees in computer science and accounting from the University of South Florida.
Cofounder & CTO
Marc Miller
Responsible for solutions architecture, DevOps, and product support. More than 30 years designing scalable enterprise software. Previously cofounded eStaff365. BS in mathematics and computer science from Emory University.
Chief Product Officer
Kyle Myers
Drives IntelAgree's product vision across R&D, implementation, and customer success. Background spanning legal, staffing, and software. Previously a manager in KPMG's advisory practice. MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Philo Howard
Leads IntelAgree's revenue strategy, uniting sales, marketing, and customer success. Previously Regional VP at Adobe Experience Cloud, VP North America Sales at Silverpop (acquired by IBM), and leadership at Oracle Marketing Cloud. Texas A&M University.
General Counsel
Lee Rone
Responsible for negotiating all key contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. Active participant in product design and advisor to customer success and implementation teams. Formerly lead transactional counsel at SAP America. JD from Whittier Law School.

Janet St. John
Responsible for partnering with the implementation team and clients to deliver high-impact software deployment strategies. Before IntelAgree, Janet worked at DXC Technology, Tribridge, and Booz Allen Hamilton across software deployment and human resources roles. Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Florida.
VP of Sales
Kyle Taylor
Leads IntelAgree's sales organization with a focus on enterprise go-to-market execution, revenue forecasting, and complex deal management. Before IntelAgree, helped launch and scale multiple technology products in the life sciences and healthcare space. BS in Finance from Florida State University.
Director of Client Development
Brent Ghione
Responsible for hiring and training the sales development team. Has built and scaled IntelAgree's sales development process with extensive management experience and expert knowledge of business automation technology. Previously a sales development manager at Outreach, a Forbes Cloud 100 company. Marketing degree from the University of Tampa.
Director of Product Management
Michael Schacter
Leads the strategic vision and execution of the IntelAgree platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive business value. Background spanning user advocacy, implementation strategy, and global product leadership, bridging business needs with product development.
Director of Client Success
Charlie Kimbrough
Responsible for the overall client experience at IntelAgree, with a focus on account management and customer success. Before IntelAgree, spent nearly 16 years building client-facing implementation, service delivery, and customer success teams for an ISV in the financial services industry. BS and MAE from Ball State University.

Marius du Toit
Responsible for creating a prosperous environment for the development team, implementing proper processes, ensuring proper tooling, and managing a great tech stack. His work ensures the IntelAgree platform has a strong foundation that continuously improves to meet customer needs.

Christina Loucks
Leads with a people-first mindset, focusing on building strong teams, fostering a positive culture, and aligning talent strategy with company goals. Extensive HR leadership experience across healthcare and technology, including time at Fortune 500 companies. Holds a PHR certification.

Leads the development of AI-powered solutions that simplify and accelerate contract lifecycle management.
